Overview:

ISSI operates as a virtual corporation. We use an Account Management model to deliver our solutions. From our client's perspective, their ISSI Regional Member (their Account Manager) is ISSI's headquarters. Each member of ISSI is independently owned, regionally managed, centrally dispatched, and bound to ISSI. Through ISSI, every member can provide national solutions for hardware maintenance, operating system support, LAN/WAN design, and other forms of IT service, support and integration.

All on-site service is performed by ISSI Regional Affiliates under the direction and control of your Account Manager. ISSI's policies, response time, and every other aspect of our service are the same, whichever affiliate is working to solve your problem.
