ISSI offers a wide range of standard and customized Service and Support options:

ON-SITE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS:

Standard Maintenance Agreements
On-Site Service during normal business hours at any location within the United States. A Technician will arrive from your Regional Provider with the knowledge to quickly diagnose problems and the parts to perform repairs. Your ISSI Technician will be familiar with both your hardware and your Operating System.

Priority Response Upgrades
For some clients, the normal time for a technician to respond on site to a problem may be too long for critical equipment. Your ISSI Account Representative can help tailor a Maintenance Plan customized to your needs.

Off-Hours Service
With electronic commerce, extranets, and extended hours, you may require service beyond normal business hours. Maintenance and Support Plans can be developed to provide service during the hours that you specify. Agreements up to 7-days-a-week/24-hours-a-day are available.


ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Disaster Recovery Services
Sometimes the unthinkable happens. ISSI can help you develop and implement a workable Disaster Recovery Plan. With disaster recovery services, ISSI's job doesn't end when the hardware is repaired, but rather when the system is fully restored.

System Troubleshooting and Problem Management Support
This service extends beyond specific hardware or operating system problems and covers troubleshooting or problem management to bridge the gaps between users, connections, applications, system glitches, hardware and operating systems. With this service, if you're not sure where the problem resides, ISSI will troubleshoot and manage problem resolution.

Help Desk Services
ISSI can provide telephone help desk service for most common applications and operating system environments. When your users need how-to help on their PCs, when the system operator needs help managing the system, ISSI's help desk services are there for you.

Network Monitoring and Network Management
ISSI Network Monitoring provides up to 7 x 24 monitoring of critical system components - servers, routers, firewalls, virus protection, backup software - to detect and respond to system failures before they become critical. Network Management service provides qualified management of your network. A customized service, Network Management can be tailored to provide all administration and management, or only those services that complement your own staff.
